| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ต้องการรับทราบถึงอุบัติการณ์ของการเกิดปอดอักเสบในผู้ป่วยใช้เครื่องช่วยหายใจ และปัจจัยเสี่ยงที่จะเป็นปอดอักเสบในผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้ 2. เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลระบบเฝ้าระวังในปัจจุบันที่กระทำในทุกหอผู้ป่วย การศึกษานี้ใช้ข้อมูลย้อนหลังจากเวชระเบียนผู้ป่วยจำนวน 246 คนที่เข้ารับการนอนในโรงพยาบาลในแผนกอายุรกรรม กุมารเวช และศัลย์ โดยเก็บข้อมูลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 สิงหาคม - 30 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2538 มีการใช้แบบสอบถามให้ตอบเองสำหรับกลุ่มแพทย์และพยาบาลเพื่อสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในผู้ป่วย และมีการอภิปรายกลุ่มกับแพทย์และพยาบาลถึงการทำความสะอาดให้ปลอดเชื้อ จากนั้นได้ทำการพัฒนาเทคนิคการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อที่ปอดในผู้ป่วยที่ใช้เครื่องช่วยหายใจ การศึกษานี้แนะนำให้รายงานผลการศึกษาต่อผู้บริหารเพื่อให้รับทราบและจะได้ปรับปรุงแก้ไขต่อไป สำหรับผู้ป่วยที่เป็นกลุ่มเสี่ยงควรให้การเฝ้าระวังอย่างพิเศษ เช่น กลุ่ม CVA ทารกที่มีน้ำหนักน้อย ผู้ป่วยได้รับบาดเจ็บศีรษะ และผู้ป่วยที่ปอดติดเชื้อนอกโรงพยาบาล สุดท้ายการเฝ้าระวังเฉพาะกลุ่ม (targeted surveillance) น่าจะดีกว่าระบบการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อทั้งโรงพยาบาล ( hospital wide surveillance) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The study objectives were to know incidence and risk factors of getting lung infection in patients on respiratory machine and to assess effectiveness of surveillance patients in all wards. Retrospective technique was used to look into 246 OPD cards admitted in department of medicine paediatric and surgery from August 1 to September 30, 1995. Self reporting questionnaires were used on doctors and nurses to gather problems which could occur in such patients. Group discussion with doctors and nurses was also used to assess sterilisation technique. Consequently, surveillance technique for lung infection in patients on the machine was developed to be able to report infection rates. This study recommended the study be reported to administrators to know the problems, special surveillance be paid on risk patients for example CVA, light weighted babies, patients with head injury and lung infection outside the hospital, the guideline be strictly followed and targeted-surveillance be practiced rather than hospital-wide surveillance. | en_US |
