| dc.description.abstract | การขาดแคลนพยาบาลวิชาชีพได้ส่งผลกระทบต่อปัญหาสุขภาพและความเป็นธรรมด้านการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพของประชาชนโดยเฉพาะในชนบทห่างไกล โรงพยาบาลน้ำพองและโรงพยาบาลอุบลรัตน์เป็นโรงพยาบาลชุมชนของรัฐในพื้นที่จังหวัดขอนแก่น ซึ่งเคยประสบปัญหาการขาดแคลนพยาบาล จึงได้ดำเนินการด้านต่างๆเพื่อให้พยาบาลสามารถทำงานในชุมชนได้ยาวนานมากขึ้น โดยร่วมมือกับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีขอนแก่น และวิทยาลัยบัณฑิตเอเชีย ทำโครงการ “การสร้างพยาบาลชุมชน โดยชุมชน เพื่อชุมชน” และมีการพัฒนาศักยภาพของพยาบาลจบใหม่โดย 1) จัดให้มีการเรียนรู้ชุมชนร่วมกับพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยงที่มีประสบการณ์ร่วมกับการปฏิบัติงานในการดูแลผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลเพื่อเพิ่มพูนประสบการณ์ 2) เข้ารับการอบรมในหลักสูตร “ใกล้บ้าน ใกล้ใจ” และ 3) เข้ารับการอบรมหลักสูตรวิทยากรกระบวนการเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อการพึ่งพาตนเองภายใต้หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ทั้งนี้เพื่อเตรียมพยาบาลชุมชนจบใหม่ให้สามารถใช้ชีวิตอย่างพอเพียงในหมู่บ้านของตนเองและสามารถเป็นผู้นำชาวบ้านในการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่จะพึ่งตนเองได้เพื่อความสุขของชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | Nursing shortage leads to health problems and health equity of people in rural areas of Thailand. Namphong and Ubolrat Hospitals are community hospitals in Khon Kaen province that used to have nursing shortage. Thus, they have integrated transformative learning to produce community nurses who can stay longer in community. They have collaborated with several stakeholders, such as sub-district administrative organization, Boromarajonani College of Nursing Khon Kaen and College of Asian Scholars to start çthe Community Nurse Production for Community and by Community Projecté. To enhance capability, newly qualified nurses have to participate in several activities, including: 1) learning community with experienced nursing mentor 2) training in “near home near heart” project, and 3) training in transformative learning for self reliance under a concept of the “Sufficient Economy and Sustainable Development Philosophy” of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. The projects’ aim is to prepare newly graduated nurses to become change agents for self sufficiency and to live their life happily in their community. | en_US |
