| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนประเด็นเรื่องการศึกษาวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนางานประจำ ว่าจะต้องดำเนินการอย่างไรจึงจะถูกต้องตามหลักจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ โดยมีคำถามสำคัญคือ โครงการเหล่านี้จะต้องเสนอให้คณะกรรมการจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ทบทวนหรือไม่ อย่างไร ผลการศึกษาสรุปว่า จะต้องแยกระหว่างการปฏิบัติ การทดลอง และการวิจัย ให้ชัดเจน กรณีที่เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยทั้งหมดหรือเพียงบางส่วน หากเป็นการศึกษาวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมนุษย์ ทั้งการศึกษาวิจัยทางชีวเวชศาสตร์ พฤติกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสังคมศาสตร์ ก็ควรเสนอให้คณะกรรมการจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์พิจารณา เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าอาสาสมัครหรือผู้เข้าร่วมการศึกษาวิจัยจะได้รับการคุ้มครองอย่างเหมาะสมในเรื่องศักดิ์ศรี สิทธิ ความปลอดภัย และสุขภาวะ ตามหลักจริยธรรมสากลของการวิจัย อย่างไรก็ดี เพื่อมิให้เป็นภาระที่เกินสมควร ควรมีการจำแนกโครงการวิจัยตามความเสี่ยง และโครงการวิจัยที่มีความเสี่ยงน้อยควรได้รับการพิจารณาอย่างเร่งด่วน | en_US |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of the study is to review ethical considerations for research in routine practices. The main question is whether these researches need ethical review or not. The study concluded that, first, there is need to distinguish among practice, experiment and research. Any works that contain research element in part or whole should be submitted for review by Ethics Research Committee, if the researches involving human subjects, which included biomedical, behavioral and social sciences researches. The rationale is to ensure that human subjects or research participants are appropriately protected in dignity, rights, safety and well-being according to international ethical principles in human research. However, the burden of ethical review should be appropriately managed. The researches should be categorized by their risks. The researches that contain minimal risks should be considered for expedited review. | en_US |
