| Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการสร้างนวัตกรรม และวิจัยกึ่งทดลองเพื่อทดสอบและประเมินประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของหนังสือคู่มือสื่อการสอนสุขศึกษาการคุมกำเนิดสำหรับวัยรุ่นที่สร้างขึ้น พร้อมทั้งศึกษาความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อการสอนที่สร้างขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนพิบูลย์รักษ์พิทยา จำนวน 40 ที่กำลังเรียนในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2550 ระยะเวลาศึกษา 2 วัน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ 1. หนังสือคู่มือการสอนสุขศึกษา เรื่องการคุมกำเนิดสำหรับวัยรุ่น 2.แบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน 3.แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อสมุดคู่มือการสอนสุขศึกษาเรื่องการคุมกำเนิดสำหรับวัยรุ่น การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความยาก ค่าอำนาจจำแนก และค่าช่วงความเชื่อมั่น การศึกษาพบว่าหนังสือคู่มือสื่อการสอนสุขศึกษาเรื่องการคุมกำเนิดสำหรับวัยรุ่น ที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพร้อยละ 92 อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี และค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลเท่ากับ 0.68 ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นว่าหนังสือคู่มือการสอนสุขศึกษาดังกล่าวมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก สรุปว่าหนังสือคู่มือการสอนสุขศึกษาการคุมกำเนิดสำหรับวัยรุ่นที่สร้างขึ้น สามารถนำไปใช้ในงานสุขศึกษาได้ |
| Other Abstract: | This research was aimed at the preparation of a health education handbook on contraception for teenagers according to the standard criteria of a 90 percent effective index and a study of the sampleûs opinions. The study population consisted of 40 students from Piboonrakpitaya School in the second semester of the 2007 academic year. The experiment took two days to conduct. The instruments used in this research were a handbook in the health education subject çcontraception for teenagersé, a learning achievement test and questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by simple statistics, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings indicated that the health education handbook on contraception for teenagers was at a good level (92 percent effectiveness, with an effectiveness index of 0.68). In the opinion of the student subjects the effectiveness of the handbook was at a high level. Therefore, the handbook would be appropriate for use in the health education program. |
