| dc.description.abstractalternative | According to increasing of elderly people in Thailand that was estimated in 2000, 2010 and 2020 will be rising 9.19 , 11.36 and 15.28 percentage of Thai’s population. The important of physical psychological and social problems in elderly were recognized by the government for a long time from public policy since The National Economic and Social development Act 5 (1982-1986) to the currently Act 10(2007-2011). The focusing of the Act 9 was promoted “All for Health” by developing health system and trying to use the sufficiency economic philosophy of Thai Royal King Bhumiphol. In order to clarify the vision in Act 10 is “Green and Happiness Society” for reforming the sufficiency health system. The development guideline and model for health management in elderly and chronic patients were necessary to collaborate seriously among the government, private sector and others, especially for improving the quality of their life in good environment and conducting with happiness. | en_US |
