dc.description.abstractด้วยสถานการณ์ระบบยาในประเทศมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดเวลา งานวิจัยที่วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ในประเทศเพื่อกำหนดประเด็นคำถามงานวิจัยที่สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของระบบยาจึงมีความจำเป็น วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์ในระบบยาในปัจจุบันของประเทศไทยและมีวัตถุประสงค์รอง คือ 1) ทบทวนประเด็นปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมต่อสภาพปัญหาของระบบยาในปัจจุบัน และ 2) จัดทำข้อเสนอแนะต่อกรอบประเด็นคำถามงานวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาระบบยาของประเทศในอนาคต ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยกระบวนการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร สัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างและการประชุมกลุ่มย่อย ผลการศึกษา: การศึกษานี้ได้วิเคราะห์ประเด็นคำถามวิจัยเป็น 4 ส่วน ประกอบด้วย 1) พัฒนาระบบและกลไกเพื่อพัฒนาระบบควบคุมยาของประเทศ 2) พัฒนาระบบและกลไกเพื่อส่งเสริมการวิจัยและพัฒนาการผลิตยาในประเทศ 3) พัฒนาระบบและกลไกที่สนับสนุนการเข้าถึงยาจำเป็นของประชาชน และ 4) พัฒนาระบบและกลไกเพื่อให้เกิดการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผล ข้อสรุป: ผลการศึกษาจะนำไปใช้เป็นกรอบแนวทางการกำหนดทิศทางงานวิจัยในอนาคตของระบบยาและการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคด้านยาของประเทศต่อไปth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeBackground: Situations in the drug system in Thailand have been changing constantly over time, a study to analyze situations in the national level to assess up-to-date research questions in the area of drug system is necessary. Objectives: The primary objective of this study was to summary the situation of national drug system. The secondary objectives were 1) to summarise direct and indirect factors affecting the drug system and 2) to assess research questions for further developing the national drug system. Method: This study employed qualitative research methods including document analysis, semi-structured interview and focus group discussion. Results: The research questions were classified into four areas according to the national strategic plan on drug system: 1) developing the national drug control system, 2) supporting research and development to promote local pharmaceutical manufacturing, 3) promoting access to essential medicines among Thai people, 4) promoting rational drug use. Conclusion: Research questions from this study will be used for guiding potential research topics in the areas of national drug system and consumer protection in drugs.th_TH
