There was more satisfaction towards control and prevention of diseases. 2.2) Outcomes of the field operation, it was found that CD/NCD integration improved the disease prevention control outcomes, i.e. higher coverage of vaccination in first year primary schools, decline if STDs, increase rate of screeing of diabetes mellitus in risk groups and decline of occupational accidents in medical personel. Outcomes of some areas were not increased compared to the target levels. Recommendations from this study included the following: Longer time period should be provided for the implementation of the model to allow gradual shaping and improvement of the work system; Organization development technique and procedure should be applied for the model development; and there should be an evaluation on the integration process regarding personnel, budget, equipment and supplies, and quality of joint-operation within the work system.
