The Causes of incomplete immunization in infant and pregnancy The objective of this study is find out the causes of incomplete immunization in infant below one year and tetanus toxiod in pregnancy of 92 construction sites at Samutprakran in June 1998 - July 1998 and also evaluate the coverage of them. The data was colleted with interview questionnaire. The sample was 219 female parents 31 child keepers and 250 children, 142 aged 0 - 11 months the rest aged 12 - 24 months. The result showed that the percentage of coverage of BCG, Hep.B, DTP OPV Measle and tetanus toxiod is 98.1, 78.7,84.3,73.1 and 77.5 respectively. Only 64.8 percent in children were gotten complete set of immunization and 0.9 percent never be gotten immunization. This revealed causes of incomplete immunization children if analyte by the group of vaccination BCG and Hep.B was they not given from the hospital where they were borned and other vaccine was 40 percent had no time to take care of their children especially their health, 20 percent did not know the site of health center, 16 percent immigration by their work. The most incomplete immunization children had their female parents the construction labours and immigration. There is 30 percent complete immunization and 10 percent never be gotten immunization of 31 Mayanmar children in this study. The solution the coverage of immunization of the children and prenancy in the construction site is not so good especially the other country neighbourhood who immigrated in to work in these sites must be apply the dynamic health service appropriate to them.
