บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา เพื่อพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลผลงานวิจัยระบบบริการสุขภาพในโรงพยาบาลของประเทศไทยที่มีมาตรฐาน โดยการเก็บข้อมูลผลงานวิจัยในหน่วยงาน/องค์กร และสถาบันการศึกษาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2545 – 2555 ทั้งหมดจำนวน 4,371 เรื่อง ในระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม 2556 ถึงเดือนสิงหาคม 2556 เป็นข้อมูลจากหน่วยงาน/ องค์กร มีจำนวน 194 เรื่อง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 12.82 และจากสถาบันการศึกษา มีจำนวน 4,177 เรื่อง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 3.34 ปีที่มีผลงานผ่านเกณฑ์มากที่สุด คือ ปี พ.ศ. 2550 ร้อยละ 12.06 ผลงานวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 10.71
แนวโน้มการทำวิจัยระบบบริการสุขภาพในโรงพยาบาล จำแนกมิติตามปี พ.ศ. ของการศึกษาวิจัย พบว่า มิติของการดูแลสุขภาพมีมากที่สุดในปีพ.ศ. 2550 ร้อยละ 12.06 มิติของสุขภาพมีมากที่สุดในปีพ.ศ. 2549 ร้อยละ 11.28 มิติด้านที่ตั้งมีมากที่สุดในปีพ.ศ. 2550 ร้อยละ 14.62 มิติตามระดับของการจัดการระบบมีมากที่สุดในปีพ.ศ. 2547 ร้อยละ 11.69 มิติตามห่วงโซ่คุณค่าของระบบสุขภาพมีมากที่สุดในปีพ.ศ. 2547 ร้อยละ 12.83 และมิติมิติของการดูแลสุขภาพมีมากที่สุดในปีพ.ศ. 2550 ร้อยละ 15.56 ผลงานวิจัยภาพรวมของแต่ละมิติจำแนกตามองค์และสถาบันการศึกษา พบว่าผลงานวิจัยที่เข้ากับมิติ มีจำนวนมากตามผลงานวิจัยของแต่ละองค์กรและสถาบันการศึกษาที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์ ในการศึกษานี้ได้มีการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลผลงานวิจัยระบบบริการสุขภาพในโรงพยาบาลภาพรวมของประเทศไทย จากข้อมูลการศึกษาทั้งหมดโดยนำข้อมูลบันทึกในโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่สามารถเข้าไปสืบค้นได้อย่างสะดวก เพื่อให้ผลงานที่รวบรวมมานั้น สามารถนำไปเป็นประโยชน์ให้ได้มากที่สุด
ควรมีการศึกษารวบรวมผลงานวิจัยระบบบริการสุขภาพในชุมชนของประเทศไทย
ภายใน 10 ปี และการศึกษาระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูลผลงานวิจัยเกี่ยวกับระบบบริการสาธารณสุข

บทคัดย่อ
This study is a descriptive study to develop the information systems research
health care systems in the nation's hospitals, Thai standards by storing data in research agencies / organizations and educational institutions since the year 2002-2012. Total 4371 researches. The data was collected during March to August 2013. The enterprise has a number of 194 story was 12.82 percent and from educational institutions of 4177 story was 3.34 percent. Researches have passed the criteria the most on 2007 was 12.06 percent. Mahidol University research through the qualifying criteria was 10.71 percent. There should be a study of health service systems research collection in the community of the country, Thai within 10 years, and the study of storage systems research on public health service system. Basis both in the hospital and the community as a database for educational and research use to advantage.
