บทคัดย่อ
การพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนโทรศัพท์มือถือส่งเสริมการเดินทางรับบริการสุขภาพสำหรับผู้สูงวัยในชุมชนเมือง รอบโรงพยาบาลสิรินธร จากสถานการณ์สุขภาพสังคมสูงวัยและปัญหาการเดินทางในกลุ่มคนสูงวัยในชุมชนเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร มีความสัมพันธ์กับสิ่งแวดล้อมและปัญหาจากความบกพร่องเสื่อมของร่างกายตามวัยและจากโรคตามอายุ ทำให้ผู้สูงวัยมีความจำเป็นต้องการเข้ารับบริการด้านสุขภาพ เพื่อให้ผู้สูงวัยมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี มีปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านระบบการให้บริการของสถานพยาบาล การเข้าถึงสถานพยาบาล ระบบการเดินทางขนส่งสาธารณะและพาหนะส่วนบุคคลของผู้สูงวัยเอง รวมทั้งเทคโนโลยีส่งเสริมการเดินทาง วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยการพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนโทรศัพท์มือถือส่งเสริมการเดินทางรับบริการสุขภาพสำหรับผู้สูงวัยในชุมชนเมือง รอบโรงพยาบาลสิรินธร กรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนโทรศัพท์มือถือ ส่งเสริมทักษะการเดินทางรับบริการสุขภาพสำหรับผู้สูงวัยในชุมชนเมืองและเพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนโทรศัพท์มือถือ ประกอบการเดินทางรับบริการสุขภาพสำหรับผู้สูงวัยในชุมชนเมือง วิธีดำเนินการศึกษาใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ออกแบบเครื่องมือโปรแกรมประยุกต์และสัมภาษณ์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการผลิตสื่อโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนอุปกรณ์สื่อสาร จำนวน 4 ท่าน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนาและประเมินเครื่องมือโปรแกรมประยุกต์ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านเนื้อหาและด้านเทคนิคการผลิตสื่อ จำนวน 5 ท่าน และ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ทดลองใช้และประเมินเครื่องมือโปรแกรมประยุกต์ โดยคัดเลือกอาสาสมัครผู้สูงวัยจากการวิจัยระยะที่ 1 มาทดลองใช้และประเมินเครื่องมือโปรแกรมประยุกต์ ด้วยการเดินทางจากบ้านมาโรงพยาบาลสิรินธร จำนวน 30 ตัวอย่าง ผลการวิจัยการพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนโทรศัพท์มือถือส่งเสริมการเดินทางรับบริการสุขภาพ สำหรับผู้สูงวัยในชุมชนเมือง สรุปได้ว่า 1. ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเดินทางมารับบริการสุขภาพ ด้านรูปแบบการเดินทางของกลุ่มผู้สูงวัย ประกอบด้วย 1) กลุ่มผู้สูงวัยเดินได้สะดวกดี 2) กลุ่มผู้สูงวัยนั่งรถเข็น และ 3) กลุ่มผู้สูงวัยนอนติดเตียง เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการออกแบบและพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนโทรศัพท์มือถือ ส่งเสริมทักษะการเดินทางรับบริการสุขภาพสำหรับผู้สูงวัยในชุมชนเมือง 2. ความสะดวกในการรับส่งข้อมูลในโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนโทรศัพท์มือถือ เป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญที่ใช้ประเมินประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนโทรศัพท์มือถือประกอบการเดินทางรับบริการสุขภาพสำหรับผู้สูงวัยในชุมชนเมือง การออกแบบและการพัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์บนโทรศัพท์มือถือเป็นปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเดินทางด้วยความสะดวกและมีคุณภาพ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการวิเคราะห์แผนที่ในระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการเดินทางที่สะดวก ประหยัดเวลาการสัญจรและสามารถสื่อสารข้อมูลสุขภาพเบื้องต้นของผู้สูงวัยให้กับสถานพยาบาลปลายทางได้เตรียมการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่รองรับและการบริการสุขภาพที่เหมาะสมตรงกับความต้องการของกลุ่มผู้สูงวัยมากที่สุด

Methods of conducting the study were quantitative and qualitative research processes. Which is divided into 3 steps which are; Step 1 Design tools, applications and interviews 4 professionals in the production of media applications on communication devices. Step 2 Develop and evaluate application tools by 5 experts in content and technical production Step 3 Develop and evaluate applications for testing and evaluation by selecting older person volunteers from the phase 1 research as develop and evaluate instruments, test and evaluate application tools. By traveling from home to Sirindhorn Hospital, 30 samples. The results of the research on the development of mobile applications to promote health service travel for the older person in urban communities can be concluded that; 1. Factors Related to Getting to Health Services The travel patterns of the older person include 1) The older person group can walk easily 2) The older person group on a wheelchair 3) The older person group sleeps on the bed It is a key factor in mobile application design and development to promote health service travel skills for the older person in urban communities. 2. The convenience of data transmission in the application on the mobile phone. It is a key component used to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of mobile applications to travel to receive health services for the older person in urban communities Mobile application design and development are a factor supporting traveling with ease and quality. Especially map analysis in the information system for convenient travel save traveling time and able to communicate preliminary health information of the older person to the destination sanatorium, prepare the area management which health services that are most suitable for the needs of the older person group.
