บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่อง หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการบริการของผู้ให้บริการทางสุขภาพในศูนย์กลางบริการรักษาพยาบาล มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการบริการของผู้ให้บริการทางสุขภาพในศูนย์กลางบริการรักษาพยาบาล และ (2) สังเคราะห์ข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการบริการของผู้ให้บริการทางสุขภาพในศูนย์กลางบริการรักษาพยาบาล ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ แพทย์และพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานระดับสากล ประกอบด้วย แพทย์ จำนวน 234 คน และพยาบาล จำนวน 287 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญการพัฒนาหลักสูตรด้านการแพทย์และการพยาบาล ผู้รับผิดชอบในการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการแพทย์และการพยาบาลของโรงพยาบาลเอกชนที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานสากล ผู้บริหารระดับสูงและผู้เชี่ยวชาญการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายการเป็นศูนย์กลางทางการแพทย์และสุขภาพระดับนานาชาติ เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแนวคำถามการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแบบกำหนดทิศทางล่วงหน้า ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการบริการของผู้ให้บริการทางสุขภาพในศูนย์กลางบริการรักษาพยาบาลสำหรับแพทย์และพยาบาลที่สร้างจากความต้องการจำเป็นพัฒนาสมรรถนะการบริการของแพทย์และพยาบาลมีคุณภาพด้านความเหมาะสมและความสอดคล้องขององค์ประกอบ ด้านความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้ และด้านความสอดคล้องกับนโยบายการเป็นศูนย์กลางทางการแพทย์และสุขภาพระดับนานาชาติ 2. ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายในการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ประกอบด้วย ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายและมาตรการรองรับ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ด้านการกำหนดหน่วยรับผิดชอบหลักสูตร (2) ด้านการเชื่อมโยงหลักสูตรกับยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาประเทศไทยให้เป็นศูนย์กลางสุขภาพนานาชาติ และ (3) ด้านการขยายผลหลักสูตร
บทคัดย่อ
This research titled “Training Curriculum for Enhancing Service Competency of Health
Service Providers in Medical Service Hub” aimed to (1) develop a training curriculum for
enhancing service competency of healthcare providers in medical hub centers and (2)
synthesize policy recommendations for implementing the training curriculum. The study
employed research and development methodology. The sample consisted of 234 physicians
and 287 nurses working in internationally accredited private hospitals. Key informants included
medical and nursing curriculum development experts, personnel development officers from
internationally accredited private hospitals, high-level executives, and experts in driving
international medical and health hub policies. Research instruments included questionnaires
and focus group discussion guidelines. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean,
standard deviation, and directed content analysis.
The research findings:
1. The training curriculum for enhancing service competency of healthcare
providers in medical hub centers for physicians and nurses, developed based on identified
service competency needs, demonstrated quality in terms of appropriateness and coherence
of components, feasibility of implementation, and alignment with international medical and
health hub policies.
2. Policy recommendations for curriculum implementation comprised policy
recommendations and supporting measures in three areas: (1) designation of curriculum
responsible units, (2) alignment of the curriculum with Thailand's strategy for development as
an international health hub, and (3) curriculum expansion.
