| dc.description.abstract | "สุขภาพ" ของมนุษย์มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงพลวัตกับปัจจัยต่างๆ ทั้งปัจเจกบุคคล ครอบครัว ชุมชนและสภาพแวดล้อมอื่นๆ ทั้งทางสังคม กายภาพ ชีวภาพ รวมทั้งระบบบริการสุขภาพ ดังนั้น การดำเนินการต่างๆ ล้วนแต่ก่อผลกระทบทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมต่อสุขภาพของมนุษย์ทั้งสิ้น ดังนั้นการคุ้มครองและสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของมนุษย์อันเป็นสิทธิขั้นพื้นฐานของประชาชนและเป็นหน้าที่พื้นฐานแห่งรัฐตามที่ระบุไว้ในรัฐธรรม จึงก่อให้เกิดการพัฒนา "นโยบายสาธารณะเพื่อสุขภาพ" ซึ่งเป็นนโยบายที่มุ่งทำให้พลเมืองมีทางเลือกและสามารถเข้าถึงทางเลือกที่ก่อให้เกิด “สุขภาวะ” ที่ดีได้ | th_TH |
