dc.description.abstractวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เพื่อตรวจสอบว่า บริการสาธารณสุขของประเทศไทยกระจายตามความจำเป็นมากกว่าที่จะกระจายตามความสามารถในการจ่ายเงิน วัตถุประสงค์ของการ ศึกษาครั้งนี้มี 2 ประการ ได้แก่ 1. เพื่อวัดความเท่าเทียมกันของการใช้บริการ เมื่อมีความต้องการทางสุขภาพเท่ากัน (equal need) 2. เพื่อวัดความเท่าเทียมกัน (equality) ของการใช้บริการสุขภาพ ในแง่ของการกระจายทางภูมิศาสตร์และตัวแปรทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมอื่นๆth_TH
