| dc.description.abstract | โครงการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวม เลือกสรร ปริวรรตคัมภีร์และตำราแพทย์แผนไทยล้านนา และตำรายาสมุนไพรล้านนา แล้วจัดทำโปรแกรมฐานข้อมูลและคัดเลือกตำรับเพื่อการประยุกต์ในระบบสาธารณสุขในการพัฒนาเป็นยาสมุนไพรแผนปัจจุบัน-ยาแผนปัจจุบันและเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ คณะผู้วิจัยได้รวบรวมคัมภีร์ตำราแพทย์แผนไทยล้านนา และตำรายาสมุนไพรล้านนาที่เป็นคัมภีร์ใบลานหรือพับสาที่บันทึกด้วยอักษรธรรมล้านนาเขตภาคเหนือตอนบน 7 จังหวัด ได้แก่ เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย พะเยา ลำพูน ลำปาง แพร่ และน่าน จากสถาบันวิจัยสังคม สำนักส่งเสริมศิลปวัฒนธรรม ศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาวัตถุดิบยา เครื่องสำอาง และผลิตภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ และของส่วนบุคคล จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 225 ฉบับ จากนั้นได้เลือกสรรเอกสารที่มีความสมบูรณ์ด้านเนื้อหาและมีความน่าเชื่อถือมา 21 ฉบับ จาก 7 จังหวัด แล้วปริวรรตเอกสารเหล่านี้เป็น 3 ขั้นตอน คือ การปริวรรตขั้นที่ 0 คือการจัดพิมพ์ใหม่ด้วยแบบอักษรคอมพิวเตอร์ การปริวรรตขั้นที่ 1 คือการปริวรรตข้อความจากอักษรธรรมล้านนาเป็นอักษรไทย และการปริวรรตขั้นที่ 2 คือการแปลข้อความจากภาษาล้านนาเป็นภาษาไทยกลาง จากนั้นได้บันทึกข้อมูลทั้งหมดใส่โปรแกรมฐานข้อมูลที่จัดทำขึ้น ซึ่งมีจำนวนตำรับทั้งหมด 7,265 ตำรับ โปรแกรมฐานข้อมูลนี้สามารถใช้ค้นหาและพิมพ์รายงาน โดยมีคำสำคัญคือ ชื่อจังหวัด รหัสเอกสารศูนย์ รหัสไมโครฟิล์ม ชื่อโรค/อาการ (ทั้งชื่อภาษาไทย ภาษาล้านนา อักษรล้านนา และภาษาอังกฤษ) ชื่อสมุนไพร (ทั้งชื่อภาษาไทย ภาษาล้านนา อักษรล้านนา ภาษาอังกฤษ ชื่อท้องถิ่น และชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์) และสารสำคัญที่พบในสมุนไพร รายชื่อสมุนไพรที่พบใน 7,265 ตำรับนี้มีสมุนไพร 3,695 ตัว ซึ่งคณะผู้วิจัยได้จัดทำตัวอย่างของคุณลักษณะของสมุนไพรดังกล่าว จำนวน 30 ตัว ส่วนโรคที่พบมี 1,781 โรค ซึ่งคณะผู้วิจัยได้จัดหมวดหมู่ตามอักษร ตามระบบร่างกายและตามรหัสโรค ในการคัดเลือกตำรับ คณะผู้วิจัยได้ค้นหาชื่อโรค/อาการที่มีความถี่ที่พบมากที่สุดในโปรแกรมฐานข้อมูลนี้ ซึ่งพบว่า "ไข้" เป็นโรค/อาการที่มีความถี่มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือสันนิบาต ขาง ลม มะเร็ง ครุด ปวดศีรษะ มะโหก ไม่สบายระหว่างตั้งครรภ์ ฝี และเจ็บป่วยหลังคลอดลูก ตามลำดับ ในส่วนของการรักษาไข้นั้น มีการใช้สมุนไพรจำนวน 619 ชนิด โดยสมุนไพรที่มีความถี่ในการใช้มากที่สุด 10 อันดับแรกได้แก่ อ้อยแดง ชุมเห็ดเทศ หญ้าคา หญ้าตีนกา หญ้าขัด มะกอก กล้วยตีบ มะเดื่ออุทุมพร ไผบง และเครือข้าวเย็น ในลำดับความถี่ที่น้อยลงมาตามลำดับ คณะผู้วิจัยได้เสนอแผนการ จำนวน 10 ขั้นตอนของการศึกษาวิจัยและพัฒนาตำรับที่เลือกมาเพื่อประยุกต์ในระบบสาธารณสุขมูลฐานเพื่อยืนยันประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัย ตลอดจนการเตรียมให้อยู่ในรูปแบบที่เหมาะสม นอกจากนี้คณะผู้วิจัยยังได้นำเสนอ 5 ขั้นตอนของวิธีการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับตำรับยาในภาคอื่นๆ ของประเทศไทย โดยอ้างอิงตามกระบวนการของโครงการวิจัยนี้ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research project has aimed at collecting, screening and translation of Lanna medical text books and the development of a program for the data base of Thai Lanna medicinal plant recipes and the selection of the recipes for the application in health system for the development of modern medicinal plant products and modern phamaceuticals and for conservation. The total of 225 recipes from Lanna medical text books and medicinal plant recipes written in Lanna religious alphabet and recorded in palm leaves or mulberry pulp paper in seven provinces (Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Pra-Yao, Lumphun, Lumpang, Phrae and Nan) in northern part of Thailand were collected from the Institute of Social Research, Lanna Art and Culture Promotion Center, and Pharmaceutical – Cosmetic Raw Materials and Natural Products Research and Development, Chiang Mai University, Thailand. Only 21 copies were selected base on the completeness of the contents and the reliability of the documents. The documents were translated into 3 steps which were step 0 : the record of the recipes as Lanna alphabet in the computer, step 1 : the translation of Lanna language to common Thai and step 2 : the translation of common Thai to the understandable Thai. The total recorded recipes was 7,265 formulae. A program for the data base of Thai Lanna medicinal plant recipes was developed. This program can be used to search and print the reports by the key words : province, document code, microfilm code, disease /symptom (Thai, Lanna, English), medicinal plant (Thai, Lanna, English, local name and scientific name) and the active compounds in the medicinal plants. The list of 3,965 names of the medicinal plants was obtained. The examples of the monograph of the thirty Thai Lanna medicinal plants were presented. For the 1,781 diseases which have been found in these recipes, there are classified according to alphabetical order, anatomical system and disease code. For the selection of recipes, the program was used to search the highest frequency of the disease/symptoms found in the recipes. Fever gave the highest frequency followed by “San-ni-bat”, “Khang”, “Lom“, “Mareng-kud”, head-ache, “Mahoke”, ill during pregnancy, abscess and ill after baby delivery. The total of 619 medicinal plants were used to treat fever. The 10 medicinal plants which were used in the highest frequency were, Oi-dang, Choom-hed-tes, Ya-kha, Ya-teen-ka, Kluay-teep, Ya-khad, Ma-kog, Ma-dua-u-thoom-porn, Krua-khaoyen and Phai-bong. These plants may contain active compounds for antipyretic. Choom-hed-tes was found in all recipes whereas other plants were in less frequency. We have proposed 10 steps for the research and development of the selected 10 recipes for health system application, by further study on confirming the effectiveness and safety and the development of the proper formulations of these recipes. The five steps of the process to perform on Thai medicinal recipes in other parts of Thailand following the criteria of this research project, have also been proposed. | en_US |
