Abstract

The Analysis of public health lawinvolved sub-district administrative organizationThis research aims to compile and develop appropriate manual for Sub-distric Administrative Organization officers. It's contents emphasis on role, function and authority of Sub-distric Administrative Organization officers in part of public health and environment by frame of related laws. This documentary research started with literature review then analyze regulation of Sub-distric Administrative Organization Establishment Law and other related law that provide local organization authority to conduct public health and environment. After that synthesize and edit manual by result of law analysis. The contents are grouped by problem characteristic and indicated Tambol Administrative Organization to be main point for problem solving. Next step was officer discussion in 8 Sub-distric Administrative Organizations after each received manual draft and had time to read it. The manual would be improved to be completed by their opinion and recommendation. Research result was ~Manual of Public Health & Environment : Role Authority and Function of Sub-distric Administrative Organization~ insist of 12 chapters. All contents include knowledge of Thai local governmental organization and Tambol Administrative Organization, role aurhority and function of Sub-distric Administrative Organization to manage public health and environment problems, supportive role of Tambol public health officers and finally was conclusion chapter and law enforcement guideline.
