dc.description.abstractระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลปริก (Public Health database Management System for Prik Municipality: PHDBMS_PM) เป็นโครงการวิจัยที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสถาบันวิจัยระบบสาธารณสุข ภาคใต้ (สวรส. ภาคใต้) เพื่อศึกษาต้นแบบสุขภาวะของชุมชนในระดับเทศบาลตำบล ซึ่งมีเทศบาลตำบลปริก อ.สะเดา จ.สงขลา เป็นกรณีศึกษา โดยมีขั้นตอนในการศึกษาทั้งหมด 6 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการและรวบรวมแหล่งข้อมูล 2) ออกแบบฐานความรู้ 3) พัฒนาระบบฐานความรู้ 4) พัฒนาทักษะและอบรมการใช้ระบบฐานความรู้ 5) พัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพชุมชน และ6) พัฒนาทักษะและอบรมการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพชุมชน ในกระบวนการวิจัยมีการลงพื้นที่เพื่อหาข้อมูลและได้พัฒนาเครื่องมือการจัดการความรู้ ที่ URL: http://www.tonprikinfo.org ในรูปแบบของการประยุกต์ใช้งานผ่านระบบเว็บให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาลตำบลปริก สถานศึกษา และคนในชุมชน ให้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ โดยแยกตามหัวข้อดังต่อไปนี้คือ ชุมชนปฏิบัติ เรื่องเล่าสู่กันฟัง ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น รายชื่อผู้รู้ บทความและการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ เป็นต้น จากการศึกษาความต้องการของชุมชน ผลการวิจัยสามารถจำแนกตัวชี้วัดสุขภาวะได้ 5 ด้าน คือ 1) กาย จำนวน 28 ตัวชี้วัด 2) อารมณ์และจิตใจ จำนวน 9 ตัวชี้วัด 3) สังคม จำนวน 17 ตัวชี้วัด 4) สิ่งแวดล้อม จำนวน 11 ตัวชี้วัด และ 5) เครือข่ายจำนวน 2 ตัวชี้วัด รวมทั้งหมด จำนวน 67 ตัวชี้วัด ซึ่งข้อมูลที่นำมาใช้ได้มาจาก 3 แหล่ง คือ เทศบาลตำบลปริก สถานีอนามัยปริก และข้อมูลความจำเป็นพื้นฐานของครัวเรือน (จปฐ.) จากกรมพัฒนาชุมชน กระทรวงมหาดไทย ได้มีการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูล เพื่อชี้วัดสุขภาวะของชุมชน เทศบาลตำบลปริก ผ่านระบบเว็บที่ URL: http://www.tonprikinfo.org เพื่อแสดงผลให้อยู่ในรูปแบบที่เข้าใจง่าย รวมทั้งสะดวกในการปรับปรุงและเรียกใช้ข้อมูล ระบบนี้สามารถรับการใช้งานกับกลุ่มบุคคล 3 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มผู้บริหาร เจ้าหน้าที่เทศบาลตำบลปริก และคนในชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลปริก โดยผู้บริหารสามารถใช้ข้อมูลมาช่วยในการตัดสินใจ เช่น การวางแผนหรือกำหนดนโยบายเพื่อดูแลสุขภาวะของคนในชุมชนเป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลปริกยังมีความยืดหยุ่นสามารถปรับ เพิ่ม ลด หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวชี้วัดได้ตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ และสามารถเป็นต้นแบบในการจัดการฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพในชุมชนอื่นได้ด้วยth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativePublic Health Database Management System for Prik Municipality (PHDBMS_PM) was a research project supported by the Southern Health Systems Research Institute (HSRI) to study the healthy conditional prototype of a community at the level of sub-district municipality. Prik Municipality at Sadao district, Songkhla province was selected as a target area for this case study. The study composed of six stages. 1) Assessing community needs and collecting data, 2) Designing Knowledge Base System, 3) Developing Knowledge base System, 4) Developing skills and training for Knowledge 5) Developing Public Health Database Management System, and 6) Developing skills and training for Public Health Database Management System. In the study process, there were a number of field surveys for collection data. The study developed a tool for knowledge management in the format of web application at URL: http://www.tonprikinfo.org for staffs of Prik Municipality, educational offices, and community people. The study process also included learning exchange by classifying on community of practice, story telling, local wisdom, center of excellence, forums, and lesson learned. The result of assessing community needs indicated a total of indicators of five healthy conditions. 1) Physical condition with 28 indicators, 2) Emotional and spiritual condition with 9 indicators, 3) Social condition with 17 indicators, 4) Environmental condition with 11 indicators, and 5) Network condition with 2 indicators. The data were collected from three sources that were Prik Municipality, Prik Sanitation Station, and Basic Information Needed for Families from the Community Development Department, Ministry of Interior. The study developed a database system to indicate the healthy condition of Prik Municipality community through web application at URL: http://www.tonprikinfo.otg/application. The system shows the output in the easy understandable format with convenience to improving and searching for the information. This system supports three groups of users that are administrators, municipality staffs and community people in Prik community. The administrators can use information for decision-making such as planning the policy for the health of people in Prik community and etc. The PHDBMS_PM is flexible that can be adjusted to increase, reduce, of change the indicators when needed by users and can be further applied as the prototype of public health database management system in other community as well.en_US
