Abstract
This research project is a research and development design. “Development Project
of Mohprompt Digital Health Record: incase of Diabetes and Hypertension”
by extending the prototype personal electronic health record (PHR) system, expanding
the target from the prototype area to health service units nationwide, along with
the development of 3 additional prototype systems: 1) Design and develop a PHR database
management system, analysis and processing system for Hospital or service unit, Province,
Region, and country levels; 2) Design a knowledge set and health assessment to control risk
factors and reduce disease severity for patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension;
3) Design and develop a digital ID verification and authentication system in the health
system prototype as a tool to verify the ownership of health data; and 4) Develop a system
for managing payment data from the National Health Security Fund (NHSO) prototype.
The system development period is between March 2023 and September 2024.
The research results found that all 4 prototype systems have been developed And
installed. There for driving and developing digital health platform of the Ministry of Public
Health. Health information from 9,526 hospital or service unit has been linked. People have
been verified and identities with digital ID in healthcare., there are 21,251,285 cases.
Reimbursement data from 11,038 service units and reached morethan 708, 864,275
transactions. and Mohprompt application has been added health assessment function
for diabetic and high blood pressure patients. To assess risks and increase health literacy
for individual care
