dc.description.abstractการศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลกระทบและผลตอบแทนทางสังคมของแอปพลิเคชัน "คุณลูก" เปรียบเทียบประโยชน์ระหว่างแอปพลิเคชันกับสมุดบันทึกสุขภาพแม่และเด็ก และศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาจากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย โดยใช้การประเมินความเต็มใจจ่าย (Willingness to pay : WTP) และการวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนทางสังคมจากการลงทุน (Social Return on Investment : SROI) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของ WTP อยู่ที่ 341.0 บาท โดยมีความแตกต่างระหว่างกลุ่มรายได้ตั้งแต่ 342.3 ถึง 441.3 บาท ค่า SROI จากการวิเคราะห์แบบ OLS อยู่ที่ 8.95 และสูงถึง 11.59 ในกลุ่มที่มี WTP สูง แสดงให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพในการสร้างผลตอบแทนทางสังคมที่สูง การเปรียบเทียบกับสมุดสีชมพูพบว่าแอปพลิเคชันมีข้อได้เปรียบด้านความสะดวกและความแม่นยำของข้อมูล แต่มีข้อจำกัดด้านการเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยี ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อ WTP ได้แก่ รายได้ การศึกษา และจำนวนบุตร โดยผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่ (79.12%) ต้องการจ่ายแบบครั้งเดียวมากกว่าแบบรายเดือนหรือรายปี การศึกษานี้นำไปสู่ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ การพัฒนาโมเดลราคาตามระดับรายได้ การบูรณาการกับระบบสุขภาพปฐมภูมิ และการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและเอกชน รวมถึงการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีใหม่เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของแอปพลิเคชันth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThis study aims to evaluate the social impact and returns of the "KhunLook" application, compare its benefits with the mother and child health record book, and examine development approaches from stakeholders' perspectives. Using Willingness to Pay (WTP) assessment and Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis, the study found that the average WTP is 341.0 baht, with variations across income groups ranging from 342.3 to 441.3 baht. The SROI value from OLS analysis is 8.95 and reaches 11.59 in the high WTP group, demonstrating significant potential for generating social returns. Comparison with the pink book reveals that the application has advantages in convenience and data accuracy but faces limitations in technology accessibility. Factors affecting WTP include income, education, and number of children, with most users (79.12%) preferring one-time payment over monthly or annual subscriptions. The study leads to important policy recommendations, including developing income-based pricing models, integrating with primary healthcare systems, and promoting public-private partnerships, as well as applying new technologies to enhance application efficiency.
