| dc.description.abstract | โครงการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อประเมินระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน สำหรับการแข่งขันกีฬาที่เหมาะสมกับการวางแผนด้านการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน 2) เพื่อปรับปรุงแอปพลิเคชัน และระบบฐานข้อมูลให้ง่ายต่อ การใช้งาน 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันที่ใช้ในการบันทึกข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้งาน 4) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการกำกับติดตาม/เฝ้าระวังในงานแข่งขัน และ 5) เพื่อสังเคราะห์เชิงนโยบายในการพัฒนาระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูลในการแข่งขันกีฬาที่มีภาวะมวลชนในประเทศไทย โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาแบบผสมที่ใช้ทั้งการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการสนทนากลุ่ม และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้จัดการแข่งขันและทีมแพทย์ เพื่อรวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะและประเมินการใช้งานระบบจริงจากการทดลองนำร่องในการแข่งขันวิ่งมาราธอน นำไปสู่การปรับปรุงแอปพลิเคชัน และระบบฐานข้อมูลให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ขณะที่การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มุ่งวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากระบบแอปพลิเคชันที่พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อประเมินสถานการณ์การแพทย์ฉุกเฉินในงานแข่งขันที่มีประโยชน์ต่อการกำกับติดตามและเฝ้าระวัง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แอปพลิเคชันสามารถบันทึกข้อมูลด้านการแพทย์ได้อย่างครอบคลุม และมีประสิทธิภาพ แสดงให้เห็นถึงประเด็นที่สะท้อนถึงการเตรียมงานที่ครอบคลุม และการจัดการด้านการแพทย์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งการคัดกรองสุขภาพนักวิ่งในขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียน ประเมินความเสี่ยง การประเมินทรัพยากรก่อนการจัดงาน การเตรียมความพร้อมทั้งทางการแพทย์ การใช้เทคโนโลยี และการป้องกันการบาดเจ็บในการแข่งขันมาราธอน สามารถช่วยให้การจัดการงานแข่งขันมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ข้อมูลทั้งหมดนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการวางแผน และการเตรียมการที่ดีทั้งก่อนและระหว่างการแข่งขัน อย่างไรก็ตามการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการติดตามและประเมินผลการจัดการแข่งขันได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่สามารถนำมาใช้ในการปรับปรุงการจัดงานในอนาคต โดยเฉพาะในด้านการป้องกันการบาดเจ็บและเจ็บป่วย วางแผนการปฐมพยาบาล ไปจนถึงการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน รวมไปถึงการเก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานะสุขภาพของนักวิ่งในการแข่งขันที่แตกต่างกัน (อายุ เพศ สถานะสุขภาพ) จะช่วยให้สามารถประเมินความเสี่ยงและการเตรียมความพร้อมของนักวิ่งในระดับที่เหมาะสม ในการศึกษาต่อไปควรขยายผลการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชัน และระบบฐานข้อมูลทางการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินให้รองรับการแข่งขันกีฬาอื่นที่มีลักษณะภาวะมวลชน เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการจัดกิจกรรมกีฬาในประเทศไทยอย่างเป็นระบบ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research project aims to 1) evaluate the emergency medical data collection system for sports events in order to enhance emergency medical planning 2) improve the application and database system to ensure user-friendliness 3) assess user satisfaction with the application used for recording medical information 4) analyze the data for monitoring and surveillance during sports competitions and 5) synthesize policy recommendations to develop a standardized emergency medical data system for mass gathering sports events in Thailand. A mixed-methods approach was employed, integrating both qualitative and quantitative research. The qualitative research method involved focus group discussions and in-depth interviews with event organizers and medical teams to gather feedback and evaluate real-world application performance during a pilot test conducted at marathon events. These findings were used to enhance the functionality and effectiveness of the application and database system. Meanwhile, the quantitative research method analyzed data from the developed application to assess emergency medical situations during the events, with the aim of supporting monitoring and surveillance efforts. The findings revealed that the application effectively captured comprehensive medical data and supported efficient medical management. The system facilitated key processes such as health screening during registration, risk assessment, pre-event resource planning, medical preparedness, technology utilization, and Injury prevention contributes to the overall efficiency of marathon event management. This highlights the importance of thorough planning and preparation both before and during the events. Furthermore, the development of this application contributes to continuous monitoring and evaluation of event operations, providing actionable data for future improvements, particularly in areas such as injury and illness prevention and overall emergency management. Collecting health status data across different athlete demographics (age, gender, health conditions) also enables better risk assessment and preparedness planning. Future research should focus on expanding the application and emergency medical database system to support other types of mass gathering sports events such as football tournaments or national sporting events in order to establish a standardized, nationwide safety framework for sports event management in Thailand. | th_TH |
