dc.description.abstractการควบคุมคุณภาพการตรวจวิเคราะห์ประจำวันมีความสำคัญต่อการรายงานผลการทดสอบการตรวจการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีทางซีโรโลยี โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการทดสอบด้วยชุดตรวจแบบรวดเร็ว (rapid test) จึงได้พัฒนาตัวอย่างควบคุมคุณภาพชนิดแห้งที่สะดวกต่อการขนส่งและเก็บรักษาขึ้น และศึกษาการใช้งานตัวอย่างชนิดแห้งเพื่อควบคุมคุณภาพการตรวจในห้องปฏิบัติการเครือข่าย โดยส่งตัวอย่างที่ให้ผลบวกไปยังห้องปฏิบัติการโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จำนวน 48 แห่ง เพื่อทำการทดสอบสัปดาห์ละ 1 การทดสอบเป็นระยะเวลา 4 เดือน จากผลการทดสอบทั้งหมด 1350 การทดสอบ พบรายงานเป็นบวกและลบ 1302 (96.44%) และ 48 (3.55%) การทดสอบตามลำดับ แสดงว่าตัวอย่างควบคุมคุณภาพชนิดแห้งสามารถนำมาใช้เพื่อช่วยควบคุมคุณภาพการตรวจการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีได้ดี ขณะที่ผลการทดสอบที่ผิดพลาดอาจเกิดจาก วิธีการทดสอบและการอ่านผลการทดสอบ วิธีการเตรียมตัวอย่างควบคุมคุณภาพก่อนใช้งาน รวมทั้งทักษะของผู้ทดสอบ ตัวอย่างควบคุมคุณภาพชนิดแห้งจึงน่าจะเป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งของห้องปฏิบัติการโรงพยาบาลชุมชนที่สามารถจัดเตรียมใช้งานได้เอง สำหรับการตรวจวิเคราะห์ประจำวันสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดมาตรฐานคุณภาพห้องปฏิบัติการทางการแพทย์th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeIt has been well-recognized that quality control (QC) samples are essential for routine testing results, particularly HIV serology testing conducted by a rapid test. This study was to establish Dried Tube Specimens (DTS) for implementing as QC samples at laboratory networks of RMSC 1/1 Chaing Rai and RMSC 3 Nakhonsawan. DTS were delivered to 48 community hospital laboratories and were tested 1 time a week for 4 months. It was found that 1302 of 1350 (96.44%) tests and 48 of 1350 (3.55%) tests were reported positive and negative, respectively. Our study suggested that it is possible to use DTS as QC samples for HIV rapid testing. HIV misclassification might possibly be due to testing procedure, reading test results or competency of technicians. Owing to its ease of preparation and storage, DTS are alternative tools for community hospital laboratories to use as quality control materials as a requirement for routine testing in compliance with medical laboratory standards.en_US
