dc.description.abstractแผนดำเนินงานวิจัยและขับเคลื่อนนโยบายสังคมไม่ทอดทิ้งกัน มีเป้าหมายการทำงานวิจัยและขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย เพื่อสร้างระบบและกลไกที่เน้นให้เกิดสังคมที่เสมอภาคทางโอกาส โดยเน้นกลุ่มเป้าหมายประชากรกลุ่มในสังคมที่เสียเปรียบ ด้อยโอกาสหรืออยู่ชายขอบนโยบายของรัฐหรือชายขอบทางสังคม ประกอบด้วย 2 โครงการ คือ โครงการครอบครัวสงบเย็นและเป็นสุข: โครงการวิจัยเพื่อขับเคลื่อนครอบครัว สุขภาวะในระดับชุมชนผ่านแนวคิดการประเมินเชิงการพัฒนา จังหวัดพิจิตร และโครงการวิจัยสถานการณ์ ผลกระทบ และทางออกของระบบยาของผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชนภาคใต้ สำหรับโครงการแรกใช้กระบวนการวิจัย ตามแนวทางการประเมินเชิงพัฒนา (Developmental Evaluation) แนวคิดจิตตปัญญาและการทำงานพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่เป็นแนวทางหลัก โดยมีพื้นที่ 3 อำเภอ ในจังหวัดพิจิตร เน้นการขับเคลื่อนสังคมด้วยการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่ายต่างๆ และใช้การวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์ ตลอดจนกิจกรรมที่เป็นการปฏิบัติการ (Action) ต่างๆ เป็นเครื่องมือ กระบวนการสำคัญของโครงการก็คือ การสร้างเวที (Dialogue Forum) เพื่อสร้างการเรียนรู้ ผ่านการแลกเปลี่ยนและเติมเต็มทัศนะ ประสบการณ์และข้อมูล ตลอดถึงการใช้การวิจัยในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลสถานการณ์ปัญหาในพื้นที่เพื่อป้อนกลับเข้าสู่เวที ในขณะที่โครงการที่สอง ใช้วิธีการวิจัยประกอบไปด้วย การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 40 กรณีศึกษาและการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ จำนวน 300 ตัวอย่างในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช (อำเภอท่าศาลาและอำเภอเมือง) และจังหวัดสงขลา (เทศบาลเมืองหาดใหญ่) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์ ปัญหา การเข้าถึง และพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาของผู้สูงอายุที่ป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง และเหตุปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในด้านบริบทโครงสร้างครอบครัว และเงื่อนไขทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคมวัฒนธรรมและระบบบริการสุขภาพในระดับชุมชน โครงการวิจัยย่อยทั้งสองนี้อยู่บนฐานความคิดเดียวกัน คือ มุ่งทำความเข้าใจกับ ชีวิต สุขภาพ ความเจ็บป่วยและบริบททางสังคมเศรษฐกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยแม้กลุ่มเป้าหมายและกระบวนการศึกษาจะมีความแตกต่างกัน แต่ในทางสถานการณ์ที่เป็นจริงทางสังคม ทั้งผู้สูงอายุและเด็กล้วนเป็นส่วนประกอบสำคัญของสถาบันครอบครัวที่กำลังเผชิญกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงและกำลังตกอยู่ในภาวะเปราะบาง การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้เวทีวิชาการในการนำเสนอข้อค้นพบจากทั้งสองโครงการเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนร่วมกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญและนำไปสู่บทสรุป และนัยยะในเชิงการพัฒนาและขับเคลื่อนต่อไปth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe goal of this research and social movement program for inclusive society is to develop a system and mechanism for an equitable society, emphasizing vulnerable people. The program comprises two projects: Peaceful and Happy Family: Social Movements through Developmental Evaluation Approach in Phichit Province and Situation, Effects and Solutions of Drug Systems for The Sick Elderly with Chronic Diseases in the Sothern Province Communities. The first project, which employed developmental evaluation, contemplative education, and area-based approaches, focuses on the participatory process by creating dialogue and learning space for stakeholders of family and child problems in the area. Various activities, such as capacity training, community-based research, and dialogue forums, both online and on-site, were initiated to create co-learning atmospheres, building connections among concerned actors like teachers from childcare centers, district hospitals, and local governments. The second project comprises fieldwork using 40 qualitative case studies, 300 cases of quantitative surveys, and a policy movement forum. The study was conducted in the districts of the Nakhon Si Thammarat and Songkla Provinces. The project aimed to understand drug use patterns of the vulnerable elderly and health as well as socio-economic impacts. Both projects share the same theoretical standpoint, to shed light on life, health, and illness of the vulnerable and the determining contexts. Although the target group and methodologies differ, yet, both projects just focus on different dimensions of the same phenomenon: the decline and vulnerability of family institution. A national forum was organized as a mechanism for synthesizing results and lessons learned of the projects to generate policy and academic recommendations.th_TH
