dc.description.abstractจากรูปแบบและแนวคิดที่นำไปสู่การพัฒนาในรูปธรรมการจัดและให้บริการสุขภาพระดับปฐมภูมิ ที่เป็นไปได้จริง ตามการปรับเปลี่ยนด้านนโยบายสุขภาพและแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพในแง่ของโครงสร้าง กลไกเครื่องมือ วิธีการทำงาน กระบวนการพัฒนาผู้ให้บริการและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ที่อยู่บนฐานของการพัฒนาและเรียนรู้ร่วมกันอย่างเป็นระบบจากสถานการณ์จริงในบริบทสังคมวัฒนธรรมของแต่ละพื้นที่ การปรับเปลี่ยนด้านนโยบายสุขภาพ และการปฏิรูประบบสุขภาพ ทั้งนักวิชาการ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทั้งในระดับผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติ ผู้บริหารองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และประชาชน ชี้ให้เห็นกระบวนการในการพัฒนาคน เครื่องมือการทำงาน วิธีการทำงาน และผลกระทบจากการพัฒนาจากบทเรียนดังกล่าวสะท้อนให้เห็นบทบาทและหน้าที่ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการให้บริการสุขภาพระดับปฐมภูมิ ดังนี้ (1) ผู้จัดการสุขภาพองค์รวม (2) ผู้ให้บริการสุขภาพ (3) ผู้นิเทศและติดตาม (4) พยาบาลชุมชน โดยมีบทบาทหน้าที่ในการให้การดูแลในทุกมิติของประชาชน จัดตั้งเครือข่ายการดูแลสุขภาพ ให้การดูแลต่อเนื่อง ให้การดูแลครอบครัว และป้องกันและส่งเสริมอนามัยen_US

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe idea of setting up practical Primary Care System, under changes of health care policies and concepts in structure, methods, tools and operating systems, involved developing health care providers and related field staffs. This was accomplished through learning and sharing experiences among academics, health care administrators and staffs, local government office administrators and the public. Based on socio-cultural context of each area, and health care policy changes and reforms, the transformation itself has shown progress in human resource development, tool development, operating method development, and effects of the development management. Roles and responsibilities of nurses for providing primary care services are proposed including 1) overall health care managers, 2) health service providers, 3) supervision and monitoring nurses, and 4) community nurses, to pursue all care activities including providing care for every dimension of the population, creating a health care network, providing continuous care, providing family care, preventing illness and promoting sanitary awareness.en_US
