| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาผลของการใช้งานฟันเทียม ต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงดัชนีมวลกาย ของผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับบริการใส่ฟันเทียม ในโครงการฟันเทียมพระราชทาน รูปแบบการศึกษาเป็นการศึกษาแบบ Retrospective cohort โดยใช้วิธีเก็บข้อมูลค่าดัชนีมวลกายย้อนหลังจากเวชระเบียนเป็นเวลา 6 เดือน ถึง 2 ปี ภายหลังจากการได้รับบริการใส่ฟันเทียม จำนวน 436 คน และใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ โดยมีตัวแปรอิสระคือกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุที่ใช้งานฟันเทียม และกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุที่ไม่ได้ใช้งานฟันเทียม ตัวแปรตามคือค่าผลต่างดัชนีมวลกาย มีการควบคุมอิทธิพลของตัวแปร เพศ อายุ ระดับรายได้ และดัชนีมวลกายเริ่มต้น โดยให้เป็นตัวแปรที่ร่วมในการวิเคราะห์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปัจจัยการใช้งานฟันเทียมส่งผลต่อการเพิ่มขึ้นของดัชนีมวลกายของผู้สูงอายุภายหลังการได้รับบริการใส่ฟันเทียมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P< 0.05) | th_TH |

Multiple linear regression was used to analyses the relationship between denture use and body mass index adjusted for gender, age, income level and baseline body mass index.
