dc.description.abstractบทนำ: การทำงานเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิในชุมชน เภสัชกรต้องทำงานร่วมกับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) เพราะ อสม. คือ บุคคลที่ใกล้ชิดกับชุมชนมาก ผลกระทบของโรคโควิด-19 เกิดกับหลายประเทศทั่วโลกและในหลายด้าน รวมถึงระบบสาธารณสุขเป็นอย่างมาก บุคคลากรทางการแพทย์จะต้องรับมือกับโรคระบาด และจำเป็นต้องมีการปรับรูปแบบการให้บริการ ดังนั้น เพื่อให้การทำงานเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิมีประสิทธิภาพ จึงจำเป็นต้องมีการพัฒนา อสม. ทางไกล เพื่อเชื่อมต่อระบบบริการเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิ ให้สอดรับกับสถานการณ์ยุคปกติวิถีใหม่ วัตถุประสงค์ 1. พัฒนาแพลตฟอร์ม อสม. ทางไกล เพื่อให้ อสม. นำมาใช้ในงานบริการเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิในชุมชน 2. พัฒนา อสม. ให้มีความสามารถในการใช้แพลตฟอร์มทางไกลเพื่อเชื่อมต่อระบบบริการเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิ 3. ออกแบบระบบบริการเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิทางไกลเพื่อเชื่อมต่อการทำงานของเภสัชกรคลินิกหมอครอบครัว ร้านยา และ อสม. 4. สังเคราะห์ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายของงานเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิในยุคปัจจุบันต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research) โดยแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 พัฒนาแพลตฟอร์ม อสม. ทางไกล (Tele Village Health Volunteer Platform (TeleVHV Platform)) เพื่อให้ อสม. นำมาใช้ในงานบริการเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิในชุมชน ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนา อสม. ให้มีความสามารถในการใช้แพลตฟอร์มทางไกลเพื่อเชื่อมต่อระบบบริการเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิ ออกแบบระบบบริการเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิทางไกลเพื่อเชื่อมต่อการทำงานของเภสัชกร และ อสม. ได้แก่ การคัดกรองความเสี่ยง บริการเลิกบุหรี่ การเยี่ยมบ้าน การจัดการปัญหาการกระจายยาที่ไม่เหมาะสมในชุมชน และนำร่องระบบบริการที่ออกแบบในพื้นที่เป้าหมาย ระยะที่ 3 การประเมินผลในด้านการเข้าถึงและการนำแพลตฟอร์มไปใช้ของเภสัชกร และ อสม. ด้านประสิทธิผลของการให้บริการในรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น ความพึงพอใจและข้อคิดเห็นต่อการใช้แพลตฟอร์ม อสม. ทางไกล ในงานบริการเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิและถอดบทเรียน สรุป: แพลตฟอร์ม อสม. ทางไกล สามารถทำให้เภสัชกร และ อสม. มีการทำงานเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิร่วมกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อย่างไรก็ตาม ควรมีการฝึกฝนการใช้งานเพื่อให้ อสม. สามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากแพลตฟอร์มมากกว่านี้ และควรมีการผลักดันเชิงนโยบายต่อไป รวมถึงการขยายผลของงานวิจัยในการนำไปใช้ในงานบริการเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิ เพื่อให้เกิดความยั่งยืนและเป็นประโยชน์ในวงกว้างต่อไปth_TH

Impact of COVID-19 Happened to many countries around the world and in many ways, Including the public health system very much. Healthcare workers must deal with epidemics and service delivery needs to be adjusted. Therefore, it is necessary to develop long-distance village health volunteers (VHVs) to connect the primary care pharmaceutical service system. To be in line with the normal situation, the new normal. Objective: 1. Develop a platform for remote village health volunteers for village health volunteers to use in primary care pharmaceutical services in the community. 2. Develop village health volunteers to have the ability to use a remote platform to connect the primary care pharmaceutical service system. 3. Design a remote primary care pharmacy service system to connect the work of pharmacists and village health volunteers. 4. Synthesize current primary pharmaceutical policy recommendations to relevant agencies. The research model was a participatory action research divided into 3 phases as follows Phase 1: Develop a Tele Village Health Volunteer Platform (TeleVHV Platform) for village health volunteers to use in primary care pharmacy services in the community. Phase 2: Develop village health volunteers to have the ability to use remote platforms to connect primary care pharmaceutical service systems. Design a remote primary care pharmacy service system to connect the work of pharmacists and volunteers, including risk screening smoking cessation service home visit Addressing the problem of improper drug distribution in the community and pilot a service system designed in the target area. Phase 3: Evaluation in terms of access and use of the platform by pharmacists and village health volunteers, in terms of the effectiveness of services in the developed form. Satisfaction and opinions on the use of the remote village health volunteers platform in primary care pharmaceutical services. and take lessons. Conclusion: The tele village health volunteers platform can enable pharmacists and village health volunteers work together in primary care pharmaceuticals effectively.
