บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างพลังชุมชนเพื่อป้องกันการระบาดใหม่ของโรคโควิด-19 ในพื้นที่ชายแดนภาคตะวันตกของประเทศไทย โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) โดยมีการผสมผสานวิธีวิจัยทั้งเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ ผลการวิจัย การพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างพลังชุมชนเพื่อป้องกันการระบาดใหม่ของโรคโควิด-19 ในพื้นที่ชายแดนภาคตะวันตกของประเทศไทย ได้มีกิจกรรมในระยะดำเนินการประกอบด้วย 10 กิจกรรมดังนี้ 1) ประชุมกลุ่มร่วมกำหนดบทบาทการทำงานร่วมกันของหน่วยงานและกำหนดบทลงโทษของมาตรการชุมชน 2) สนับสนุนอุปกรณ์ป้องกันและเฝ้าระวังการระบาดซ้ำของโรคโควิด-19 และสนับสนุนการปลูกสมุนไพรที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3) แจกคู่มือการใช้สื่อแอปพลิเคชันพร้อมด้วยวิดีโอสอนการใช้ในระบบเฝ้าระวังการระบาดใหม่ของโรคโควิด-19 สำหรับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4) ผู้นำชุมชนติดตามการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันและการใช้สื่อแอปพลิเคชัน 5) ผู้นำชุมชน ผู้วิจัย ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล (ผอ.รพ.สต.) พร้อมทั้งหน่วยทหารเฉพาะกิจทัพพระยาเสือที่ประสานรายงานเคสผู้ป่วยหรือกลุ่มเสี่ยงและการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลร่วมกันผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน 6) อบรมให้ความรู้ด้านป้องกันการระบาดใหม่ของโรคโควิด-19 ในพื้นที่ชายแดนภาคตะวันตกฯ โดยเครือข่ายเฝ้าระวังฯ ในพื้นที่ 7) นำใช้สื่อคู่มือการใช้สื่อแอปพลิเคชันระบบเฝ้าระวังฯ และติดตามประเมินผล 8) เปิดเสียงตามสายผ่านหอกระจายข่าวการสื่อสารภาษาถิ่นในพื้นที่ (กะเหรี่ยง) 9) อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ติดตามเฝ้าระวังพฤติกรรมฯ และ 10) ผู้วิจัย ผอ.รพ.สต. ประเมินผลการติดตามเฝ้าระวังการระบาดใหม่ของโรคโควิด-19 ผ่านการดำเนินการของเครือข่ายระดับครัวเรือน
บทคัดย่อ
This research aims to develop a community empowerment model to prevent new outbreaks of COVID-19 in the western border areas of Thailand using action research, combining both research methods. qualitative and quantitative Research results: Development of a community empowerment model to prevent new outbreaks of COVID-19 in the western border area of Thailand.
