Abstract
This research project focuses on the knowledge construction system development related to vulnerable research that is used for the empowerment and improvement of vulnerable population's capacity. The research objectives aim to 1) design the analysis systems of the Explicit Knowledge and Tacit Knowledge from research and projects that related to vulnerable populations and 2) design the enhancing empowerment and improvement of the potential of the researchers or people working with vulnerable populations. This project is a qualitative research. In the methodology, the 22 project sample groups were selected from specific projects of the Health Systems Research Institute (HSRI) and the Section for Supporting the Health of Specific Population Groups (Section 9), Thai Health Promotion Foundation. The research data were collected using a small group meetings, an interviews, and participant or non-participant observation. This research found that the Explicit Knowledge and Tacit knowledge analysis systems design can lead to the potential development the capacity of researchers or people working with the vulnerable groups and enhance the empowerment of the quality of the vulnerable groups.
