บทคัดย่อ
โครงการวิจัยนี้พัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัล PharmCard เพื่อใช้ประโยชน์จากข้อมูลเภสัชพันธุศาสตร์ในการส่งเสริมการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลสำหรับประชาชนไทย โดยศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาทางคลินิกจากข้อมูลผู้ป่วยในโครงการ Genomic Thailand และอาสาสมัคร 1,000 ราย ระบบประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) Pharmacogenomic Big Data สำหรับรวบรวมข้อมูลคู่ยีน-ยาที่สำคัญ 2) Personalized genetic profile analysis service เพื่อเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลผู้ป่วยแต่ละรายกับฐานข้อมูล และ 3) PharmCard Application สำหรับแสดงผลข้อมูลเภสัชพันธุศาสตร์ผ่านเว็บไซต์และแอปพลิเคชัน LineOA ระบบใช้มาตรฐานการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพผ่านทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources ; FHIR) สำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลสุขภาพ และมีระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยข้อมูลด้วย API Gateway และการยืนยันตัวตนผ่าน OTP แพลตฟอร์มที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถช่วยเพิ่มความแม่นยำและปลอดภัยในการรักษาด้วยยา ลดความเสี่ยงจากผลข้างเคียง และลดค่าใช้จ่ายในระบบสาธารณสุข พร้อมทั้งสร้างฐานข้อมูลเภสัชพันธุศาสตร์สำหรับการวิจัยและพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ใหม่ เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาระบบสาธารณสุขไทยในอนาคต
บทคัดย่อ
This research project developed the PharmCard digital platform to leverage
pharmacogenomic data for promoting rational drug use among Thai population through a
clinical descriptive study using patient data from the Genomic Thailand project and 1,000
volunteers. The system comprises three main components: 1) Pharmacogenomic Big Data for
collecting important gene-drug pair information, 2) Personalized genetic profile analysis service
to link individual patient data with the database, and 3) PharmCard Application for displaying
pharmacogenomic information through website and LineOA application. The system utilizes
Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standards for health information exchange
and incorporates data security measures through API Gateway and One-Time Password (OTP)
authentication. The developed platform can enhance accuracy and safety in drug treatment,
reduce risks from adverse drug reactions, and decrease healthcare system costs, while
establishing a pharmacogenomic database for research and new knowledge development to
support future Thai healthcare system advancement.
