dc.description.abstractการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลตอบแทนทางสังคม (social return on investment: SROI) ของศูนย์นวัตกรรมอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพที่ชื่อว่า The Next Food Center ซึ่งดำเนินงานภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และเป็นหนึ่งในหน่วยให้บริการของอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 1 ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2566–2567 โดยมุ่งวิเคราะห์มูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมที่เกิดขึ้นต่อผู้ประกอบการ เกษตรกร และแรงงานในพื้นที่ ผ่านระเบียบวิธีวิจัยปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยใช้ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม และข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ พร้อมการแปลงผลลัพธ์เป็นมูลค่าทางการเงินด้วยตัวแทนมูลค่า และการหักผลกระทบส่วนเกิน รวมถึงสัดส่วนการมีส่วนร่วมของหน่วยงานอื่น ผลการศึกษาโครงการ The Next Food Center ภายใต้อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 1 จังหวัดขอนแก่น ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2566-2567 โดยใช้อัตราคิดลด (discount rate) ที่ร้อยละ 3 พบว่า มีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ 4,595,327 บาท และเมื่อพิจารณาต้นทุนและผลตอบแทน (cost-benefit analysis) มีผลการคำนวณอยู่ที่ 1.7 เท่า จึงมีความคุ้มค่าในการลงทุน และผลการคคำนวณการประเมินผลตอบแทนทางสังคม พบว่า มีมูลค่าอยู่ที่ 0.63 เท่า กล่าวคือ งบประมาณ 1 บาทที่ใช้ในการโครงการศูนย์ The Next Food Center ภายใต้อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 1 จังหวัดขอนแก่น จะสร้างประโยชน์ทางสังคมด้วยมูลค่า 0.63 บาทth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThis study aimed to evaluate the social return on investment (SROI) of the Next Food Center, a food innovation hub under the Northeastern Regional Science Park 1, Khon Kaen province, during 2023–2024. The assessment focused on the economic and social value generated for local food entrepreneurs, farmers, and workers. A participatory action research approach was employed, drawing on in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and secondary data. Project outcomes were monetized using appropriate financial proxies, with adjustments for deadweight and attribution in accordance with standard SROI methodology. The results indicated that the Next Food Center project generated a total net present value (NPV) of 4,595,327 THB over the study period, using a discount rate of 3 percent. The cost–benefit analysis produced a benefit–cost ratio of 1.7, demonstrating that the project’s economic benefits exceeded its investment costs. In addition, the SROI analysis yielded a value of 0.63, indicating that for every 1 THB invested in the Next Food Center would generate 0.63 THB of verifiable social value.th_TH
