dc.description.abstractการประเมินเทคโนโลยีทางด้านการแพทย์เป็นเครื่องมือที่สำคัญสำหรับผู้กำหนดนโยบายในการจัดสรรทรัพยากรทางการแพทย์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อย่างไรก็ตามปัญหาในการเข้าถึงงานวิจัยและความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานด้านการประเมินเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์ ทำให้เป็นอุปสรรคในการใช้ประโยชน์จากงานวิจัย ในประเทศไทยได้มีการพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลการประเมินเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์ขึ้น เพื่อรวบรวมงานวิจัยที่เผยแพร่แก่ผู้ใช้งานเป้าหมาย การพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 พัฒนารูปแบบฐานข้อมูล โดยใช้กระบวนการกลุ่มของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ ผู้กำหนดนโยบาย บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ และนักวิชาการ/นักวิจัย ระยะที่ 2 ค้นหาและบันทึกงานวิจัยในฐานข้อมูล และระยะที่ 3 เผยแพร่และประเมินผลการใช้ฐานข้อมูล โดยเริ่มมีการเผยแพร่ฐานข้อมูลที่ www.db.hitap.net ในเดือนมกราคม 2551 ผลการพัฒนาฐานข้อมูล พบว่ามีประเภทของงานวิจัยในฐานข้อมูลคือ งานวิจัยในลักษณะการทดลองโดยการสุ่มอย่างอิสระจำนวน 471 งาน งานที่เป็นการประเมินทางเศรษฐศาสตร์แบบเต็มรูปจำนวน 155 งาน และงานวิจัยที่มีการวัดคุณภาพชีวิตจำนวน 106 งาน การประเมินผลในเดือนมกราคม 2552 พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจมากกับความทันสมัยของฐานข้อมูลที่มีให้บริการ ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากฐานข้อมูล และการให้บริการฐานข้อมูลตรงกับความคาดหวัง อย่างไรก็ตาม ความหลากหลายของข้อมูลที่มีไว้บริการ ควรได้รับการปรับปรุงเพื่อให้ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการใช้ประโยชน์จากฐานข้อมูลต่อไปในอนาคตen_US

dc.description.abstractalternativeHealth technology assessment is an important tool for policy decision makers to allocate health resources efficiently. Though accessibility and knowledge in health technology assessment are barriers for research utilization, a health technology assessment database has been developed in Thailand to retrieve related research and disseminate it to targeted users. Its development was divided into three phases: (1) development of database structure based on the focus group method with decision makers, health practitioners, and academics/researchers, (2) searching and recording research in the database, and (3) disseminating and evaluatiing database use. The database was available online at www.db.hitap.net starting in January 2008. The results revealed that the database included 471 full economic evaluation studies, 155 randomized controlled trial studies, and 106 quality of life studies. Evaluation of database use in January 2009 showed that the majority of users are most satisfied with the up-to-date articles, the usefulness of the database, and the database services that meet their expectations. However, the variety of research articles should be determined in order to meet the users’ needs in the future.en_US
